Due to the nature of baked goods and the commitment to our product, these shipping policies are structured to ensure that you receive the most delicious and fresh kingcake directly from our bakery. Please Note: We are not responsible for the product once it leaves our store and is in the hands of our shipper. We do not accept re-ship requests based on weather related delays, plane delays, or incorrect information supplied to us by the customer. Notice of non-delivery must be made within 7 days of original delivery date.
For packages that require a change of address because incorrect recipient information was supplied by the customer, FedEx will charge a change of delivery fee of $12.99 to the customer.
We are not responsible for packages that are deemed undeliverable by FedEx, because FedEx could not obtain a new/correct delivery address for the recipient.
Cancellation Policy: There will be a $10.00 service fee for any shipping order that is cancelled.
What method do you use to ship kingcakes?
We ship via FedEx services offering next day shipping services. Please note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. Our kingcake shipping prices include overnight delivery. There are additional shipping fees when sending to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please note that if you live in a FedEx specified rural area, FedEx next day delivery cannot be gauranteed. Please check with your nearest FedEx shipping center for details.
Can I request Saturday delivery?
Yes, Saturday delivery is available for an additional $35. Orders must be placed by Noon on Thursday.
